By accessing or using the storfindr website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

storfindr provides an online platform that connects individuals and businesses with self-storage facilities across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Guelph, and Kitchener. Our Services include storage unit search and booking, moving supplies, cost calculators, and related services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. storfindr reserves the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Bookings and Reservations

When you book a storage unit through storfindr, you enter into a rental agreement with the storage facility operator. storfindr acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the rental agreement between you and the facility. Pricing, availability, and specific terms are subject to change and are governed by the individual facility's policies.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for storage units and products are processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize storfindr to charge the applicable fees. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual storage facility.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to: (a) store illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items; (b) engage in fraudulent activities; (c) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (d) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (e) transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; or (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the storfindr platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of storfindr Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, storfindr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to storfindr in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. storfindr does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through our Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless storfindr Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

storfindr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
